    What certifications do you have ?

    So far we have CE/FDA/FC/RoHS/PSE certifications.

     
    Dentists recommend replace the brush head at least once every 3 months. But due to our high quality bristles with the sterilize cup kit ,if you don't mind it can last much longer :)
     

    No the cup station is powered by micro usb port. You can use any usb charger like cellphone charger and power bank to power it.

    No, the brush heads can't be replaced by other brand's . only the Allegro replacement heads works for the toothbrush. By the way, the Allegro replacement heads last 1.5X longer than regular DuPont bristles heads.
     
    Since there are 2 UV lamps inside, there won’t be bacterium and water will drain out from the hole at the bottom.
    If you still want tout clean it, you can use a cotton bud. It is safe to keep this plugged because the sterilization, drying and charging functions will automatically switch off when it’s finished and the light will keep blue.

    Yes the whole process takes 30 minutes- first 15minutes for sterilizing and the second for drying. The charging process will continue until the handle is fully charged.
